The recap

Up 3-1 early in the 3rd. Midland said not today.

Midland drew first blood, then we tied it on the power play with a Julia C. (#21) assist. Claire S. (#10) gave us the lead in the second, and we pushed it to 3-1 just 30 seconds into the third. Maddie G. (#44) and Emma J. (#14) got the other two goals. Midland's #21 answered with two of her own, the last with 3:04 left, and it finished 3-3 in Chelsea. That is three goals for the third straight game. Unbeaten in two. The only thing missing is the finishing kick.

Game highlights

(#5) is in the crease for the saves in these photos. Shots and saves: the official score sheet did not record shots for this game, so there is no shot or save count to publish.
