Photo, video and name consent

Who is asking. The Biggby Black G14U AA team staff (Coach Tim White and Team Manager Heather Corcoran) run this unofficial team site. It is not run by Biggby Coffee, the Biggby Coffee Hockey Club, MAHA or the MGHL.

What we would post. Game and team photos and video clips of your player, her first name and last initial (like "Maddie G."), jersey number, and game stats (goals, assists, shots, passing and similar), on this site. Photos are credited to the photographer.

Stats are only part of the story. Every player on this team will be singled out for above-average effort and contributions that never show up on the score sheet: a big block, a great backcheck, a smart pass, a hustle play, great energy on the bench. Not every shoutout is a goal.

It is voluntary. Saying no, or not answering, never affects your player's spot, ice time or role on the team.

What we never post. Last names, phone numbers, addresses, schools, birthdays, or where your player is outside team events. We do not use location tags, and we do not photograph in locker rooms or bathrooms. Comments on the site are approved by team adults first.

How long. This lasts for the 2026-27 season, or until you withdraw, whichever comes first. We ask again each season.

Changing your mind. Fill this form out again with the same email. Your newest answer replaces the old one and the site stops showing and naming your player automatically. Be aware that once something is public, we cannot recall copies other people have already saved or shared.

Your information. We store your name, email, your player and your choices as our record. Only team staff can see it, we never sell or share it, and we delete it when you ask or after the season ends. Full details: privacy notice.

Thank you.
