Privacy notice
Who we are. An unofficial site run by the Biggby Black G14U AA team staff (Coach Tim White, Team Manager Heather Corcoran). Contact: white.timothy.r@gmail.com.
Kids. This site is for families, not for children to use on their own. Players should only use it with a parent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and never ask a child for an email or birthday. Accounts are for adults (18+) and need an invite code from the team. A parent can make a player login for their daughter (first name, last initial, jersey number and a password only), and can reset or delete it any time. The Locker (squad chat) is off for every player login until a parent turns it on. It has no photos, links or private one-on-one messages, parents can read all of it, staff can moderate it, and posts are deleted after 90 days. Direct messages: a player can only message her own parent, and a coach can message a player only in a chat that also includes her parent or another coach. Chat text is kept for one year, staff can review a chat if a concern is reported, and links, emails and phone numbers are blocked in chats with players. Player logins can react, vote and comment (every comment is approved by an adult) but cannot upload, track stats or make accounts. Comments: for safety, we record the network (IP) address a comment was posted from. Only staff can see it, it is used only to follow up on abusive or harmful comments, and it is deleted after 90 days. Concerns form: what you type is emailed to the people you pick and is not stored on this site. Uploads (photos up to 6 MB, video clips up to 15 seconds and 15 MB) are approved by staff before they appear, and staff can remove any of them at any time.
What we collect. (1) Consent form: parent name, email, player, your choices, signature, date. (2) Parent accounts: first name and last initial, email, the players you are linked to, and a password (stored only as a one-way scrambled hash). (3) Comments, votes, Player Takeover posts and photo or video uploads: your first name and last initial, what you write or send, and a login token in your browser. (4) Contact form: nothing is stored; it opens your own email app. (5) Game tracker: counts you tap (shots, passes, entries and similar) for the team or a player, stored with your account, combined with other parents' counts into one total (steadier trackers may count slightly more over time, and we may send you private tips), and shown only as team and player totals. Player totals follow the same name consent rules. (6) Basic technical logs from our host, Cloudflare, such as your IP address, used for security and to limit spam.
What we do with it. Run the site, keep a record of consent, moderate comments. We do not sell it, share it, or use it for ads. Our host (Cloudflare) and Spotify embeds on some pages have their own privacy policies. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who sees it. Only team staff can see consent records. Approved comments are public.
How long. Consent records are kept for the season and deleted afterward or when you ask. Comments can be removed any time on request.
Your choices. Ask us to show, correct or delete anything about you or your player: email white.timothy.r@gmail.com. To change photo, video or name consent, fill out the consent form again with the same email.
Safety. We do not post last names, contact details, schools, addresses or location. Concerns about a photo or post: email us and we will take it down promptly.
